Supplying Digital Camera Shots
When taking digital camera shots pay special consideration to the following: 
 
• Before starting, consider the composition of the shot. Does it have the whole house in the viewfinder? What is the best feature? Are there any other competition signs that you do not wish to be in it.
• Consider the time of day and the weather, you will get the best results on a sunny day with a clear blue sky.
• Turn date display off.
• Square up the horizon (buildings can look crooked, if the camera is not squared up)
• Try to find the best position to take the shot by stepping sideways and noting the fall of shadows on the key features of the property.
• Out doors natural sun light is best. For interior shots check the flash is on.
• If possible make sure the sun is behind you to avoid glare.
• If power lines appear in the cameras view finder theses can sometimes be moved skyward by squatting down to take the shot.
• If power poles appear in the shot take a step or two sideways, often this will place the pole beyond the bounds of the house.
